Natural eco-security factors do not arouse enough attention in assessment of urban planning implementation as yet, so the assessment conclusion would be partial. This paper puts forward index system of natural eco-security based on land use, and also takes the overall plan of Chongqing New North Zone as an example to specifically illustrate the assessment system mentioned above.
