    Abstract:

    Gejiu,known as city of tin,enjoys a long history of tin mining and smelting, which contributes to the industrial architectural heritage group such as the Jijie Railway Station.These architectures demonstrate diversified styles and features under the unique local geographical conditions and complex social backgrounds.The paper analyses several problems of the industrial architecture through the review on the architectural history of tin industry,the analysis of its features and the interpretation of its values. The paper then draws lessons from foreign example of corridor heritage,and puts forwards green corridor,trails,heritage, description strategies and other protection and renewal methods of industrial architectural heritages.
