In a stage of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the continuous development of industr ial economy and industr ial zones give r ise to the expansion of urban space and the growth of population size. Under the new circumstance, industry-city integration has become a significant selection to implement the strategy of New Industrialization and New Urbanization. This paper firstly analyzes the connotation of industry-city integration. Then, taking Xining development zone as a case,it explores the strategies of harmonious development of industry and community.
