The rural constructional development of science and technology in the 12th Five-Year special planning emphasizes that it should promote the development of the technology system in building the rural low-cost and energy-saving residential constructions.Based on the theory of the green-building scientific system,this paper studies the energy-saving effects of the new rural residence in Sichuan province.Taking the residence design of No.2 settlements in Nanlin village,Xiwai township,Guanghan city as an example,it explores the energy-saving strategies in accordance with the status quo of the rural areas in Sichuan province.
