The Urban-Rural Planning Law implemented in 2008 integrated township planning into the urban-rural five-level planning system for the first time, it shows that urban -rural overall development in China enters a new development period. In order to effectively guide the development of rural areas, make the importance of township planning prominent, and address the new challenges faced by township planning, this paper, based on the current situation of rural areas, takes Fushou township planning as an example to explore the regulations of agricultural industrialization oriented township planning, build the double-level and three-in-one planning system. It’s expected it will provide references for the town planning.
