Based on the research and analysis of the base and other old communities, this article proposes that it does not lack activities and vigor in the public space of old community, instead it is faced with the gradually weakening and disappearing conventional activities AND public collaboration relations in community relations, and the traditions and customs become more formalistic and tend to be fast food. Meanwhile, due to a lack of uniform rational planning of initially construction of the old community, the problem existing in municipal facility is the common and serious one in most old communities. To solve these problems, this article proposes the design philosophy of folk resources sharing of old community and the reconstruction of public space.
