Public history is an emerging discipline in American history with the characteristics of multidisciplinary cross and has a wide range of application. This paper is essentially the exploration of public history on historic block space. Through the survey and practice of Chongqing Eighteen Stairs Blocks, this paper conducts a comparison of the consequences of different methods and analyzes its corresponding reasons so as to form a more comprehensive view of analyzing the problems of historical blocks and provide references for further research of historical blocks space.
