For architects, space is generally the major concern in design practice. To build desired space, multiple approaches including models, perspective and section sketches are applied in a thoughtful designing process. However, the Olympic Archery Range by the Spanish architect Enric Miralles is an exception in which traditional methods seem to be less useful in terms of reading the design process and result. This thesis tries to unfold Miralles’s approaches.
