Due to its geographical location and climatic conditions, Chongqing has rich resources of native ferns, and most of which have a high application value of landscape. The species composition, morphological and ecological types of the native Pteridophytes in Chongqing was summarized. On the basis of analysis the status and problem of landscape utilization of Pteridophytes, and landscape application form of native ferns in Chongqing area were discussed in this paper.
