Drum-tower of Dong Minority is regarded as the representative building of Dong arhictecutre as well as the symbol of traditional culture in southeastern area of Guizhou Province. It’s of great research value. This paper employs the methodology of field inverstigation and 3D digital model to conduct research on the drum-tower in terms of form and space, construction technology and culture. It systematicially elaborates the characteristics of architectural culture as well as national and regional traditional culture embodied in the drum-tower.
