Responding to the topic Architectural strat-egy in a jumping society by Time+ Architecture, the paper questions on whose strategies they are, and discusses five strategy-making bodies(government, real estate developer, architect, architectural re-searcher/educator, citizen)and their corresponding strategy aims and items. Furthermore, it shows value orientation for the strategy which is the author's standpoint. The paper also concludes that from criti-cal perspective the role of architect is considerable weak in fast urbanized China and deems that if archi-tects hope to change current situation, the only way is to enter the social life more positively with critical conscious.
