| 近年来,人们对户外气味环境质量的重视度显著提升,气味感知作为影响人们户外游憩舒适度的重要因素而备受关注。气味感知不仅与气体挥发有机物息息相关,更与人体嗅觉产生机制密切关联。对气味感知进行量化是研究户外环境气味对人游憩舒适度影响的核心问题。然而,目前气味感知量化存在气味参数多且相互关联、相关测量技术方法多样化等诸多挑战。为此,通过国内外相关文献的梳理,围绕气味浓度、气味强度、愉悦度、气味本质、气味频率等气味参数,对气味感知量化技术方法进行了分类整理,总结了不同量化技术方法的主要作用、适用性和局限性,旨在为不同场景下的气味景观研究技术选用或联用提供参考建议。 |

| The Research Progress of Quantitative Methods for Outdoor Olfactory Perception |

| In recent years, there has been a notable increase in the attention given to the quality of outdoor olfactory environments. Olfactory perception has garnered significant interest as a crucial factor influencing individuals" comfort during outdoor recreational activities. Olfactory perception is intricately associated not only with the emission of volatile organic compounds but also with the intricate mechanisms underlying the human olfactory system. The quantification of olfactory perception stands as a central issue in exploring the impact of outdoor environmental odors on individuals" recreational comfort. However, the current quantification of olfactory perception faces various challenges, including the abundance and interconnectedness of olfactory perception parameters, as well as the diverse range of measurement techniques available. To address this, a comprehensive review of domestic and international literature was conducted, focusing on parameters such as odor concentration, intensity, hedonic tone, odor quality, and frequency. This review organized and categorized techniques for quantifying olfactory perception, summarizing the primary roles, applicability, and limitations of different quantification techniques. The aim is to provide recommendations for the selection or combination of smellscape research techniques in different scenarios. |
