缓解中小学通学型潮汐式拥堵的服务区划研究*

摘要:
近年来,各城市中小学通学时段内聚集大量的人流和车流,常成为城市交通的乱点和堵点,是城市交通拥堵对策体系中应该重点研究解决的问题之一。基于ArcGIS软件,选取西安市雁塔区作为案例,应用交通可达性分析、基于路网的服务区分析、缓冲区分析及泰森多边形等空间分析功能,分析现有道路在不同速度下的可达性,评价中小学空间布局现状,发现并分析其服务范围存在的不足。运用spss相关性分析对多个致堵影响因素进行综合分析,基于以上分析提出有针对性的优化策略。研究发现:将基于路径的服务区划方法与泰森多边形相结合进行划分研究,发展与丰富了中小学服务范围的相关研究方法。可为类似城区的中小学服务区范围划分提供参考,对缓解城市通学型潮汐式拥堵,促进城市高效低碳运行具有重要意义。

Research on Service Area to Alleviate Tidal Congestion in Primary and Secondary Schools

Abstract:
In recent years, a large number of people and vehicles have gathered during the opening period of primary and secondary schools in various cities, often becoming chaotic and congested points in urban traffic. It is one of the key issues that should be studied and solved in the urban traffic congestion countermeasure system. Based on ArcGIS software, Yanta District, Xi'an City is selected as a case study, and spatial analysis functions such as traffic accessibility analysis, road network-based service area analysis, buffer zone analysis, and Tyson polygon are applied to analyze the accessibility of existing roads at different speeds, evaluate the current spatial layout of primary and secondary schools, and identify and analyze the shortcomings of their service scope. Use SPSS correlation analysis to comprehensively analyze multiple factors that cause blockage, and propose targeted optimization strategies based on the above analysis. Research has found that the combination of path based service zoning method and Tyson polygon has developed and enriched relevant research methods for the scope of primary and secondary school services. It can provide reference for the division of primary and secondary school service areas similar to urban areas, and is of great significance in alleviating tidal congestion caused by urban connectivity and promoting efficient and low-carbon urban operation.
