| 广州旧城区人口老龄化严重,生活性街道作为老年人高频活动的公共场所,其环境特征对老年人社交活动具有重要影响,亟待深入研究。基于社会交往、街道环境的多元模型理论,通过POI数据、空间分析、实地调研等方法,选取3类典型街道,采用能解决多元回归分析自变量存在多重相关性问题的偏最小二乘回归模型构建旧城区生活性街道环境对老年人社会交往的影响机制模型。结果显示,3类生活性街道中老年人社会交往活动存在明显差异；街道空间要素、业态功能、街道设施和街道环境质量对老年人社交活动呈强相关性,建筑外部特征影响较小,街道人文特色几乎无影响。揭示了生活性街道环境特征影响老年人社交活动的机制,能够为广州旧城区街道环境品质提升及精细化设计提供一定的理论依据。 |

| The aging of the population in the old urban area of Guangzhou is serious. As a public place with high-frequency activities for the elderly, the environmental characteristics of living streets have an important impact on the social activities of the elderly, which needs to be further studied. Based on the multivariate model theory of social interaction and street environment, according to POI data, spatial analysis, field research and other methods, three typical streets are selected, and the partial least squares regression model which can solve the problem of multiple correlation of independent variables in multiple regression analysis is used to construct the influence mechanism model of the living street environment of the old city on the social interaction of the elderly. The results show that there are significant differences in the social interaction activities of the elderly in the three types of living streets ; the street space elements, business functions, street facilities and street environmental quality have a strong correlation with the social activities of the elderly. The external characteristics of the building have little impact, and the humanistic characteristics of the street have little impact. It reveals the mechanism of the influence of living street environment characteristics on the social activities of the elderly, which can provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of street environment quality and fine design in the old urban area of Guangzhou. |
