山地住区空间形态与地形环境的耦合协调关系研究:基于重庆中心城区20个山地住区的案例分析

摘要:
实现山地住区空间形态与地形环境的良好协调互动,是确保山地人居环境品质的关键要素。文章基于山地住区空间形态系统的“台地划分、道路布局、建筑布局、建筑”四类测度指标和地形环境系统的“高程、坡度、坡向”三类测度指标,构建山地住区测度体系和两系统耦合协调评价体系。重庆中心城区在不同历史发展阶段(1949-1957年、1958-1977年、1978-1997年、1998-2017年)的20个典型山地住区作为实证案例,通过综合评价指数分析、耦合度分析和耦合协调度分析,观察到两系统间的耦合协调状态逐步从相对协调转为相对不协调,从中级协调空间形态优势型转为濒临失调地形环境优势型,存在显著的耦合协调发展潜力。最后针对性提出基于耦合协调关系的山地住区空间形态塑造策略,以期促进空间形态与地形环境两系统的耦合协调发展,为山地住区的未来建设提供科学依据和实践指导。

Study on the Coupling and Coordination Relationship Between Spatial Form and Terrain Environment of Mountainous Neighborhoods -- Based on the Case Analysis of 20 Mountainous Neighborhoods in Chongqing Central Urban Area

Abstract:
The key factor to ensure the quality of mountain human settlements is to achieve a good coordination and interaction between the spatial form of mountainous neighborhoods and the terrain environment. Based on the four measurement indicators of "platform division, road layout, building layout, and architecture" of the spatial morphology system of mountainous neighborhoods and the three measurement indicators of "elevation, slope, and aspect" of the terrain environment system, this paper constructs the measurement system of mountainous neighborhoods and the evaluation system of coupling and coordination of the two systems. Through comprehensive evaluation index analysis, coupling degree analysis and coupling coordination degree analysis, 20 typical mountainous neighborhoodss in Chongqing central urban area in different historical development stages (1949-1957, 1958-1977, 1978-1997, 1998-2017) were taken as empirical cases, and it was observed that the coupling coordination state between the two systems gradually changed from relative coordination to relatively uncoordinated, from the intermediate coordination spatial form advantage to the near imbalance terrain environment advantage, and there was significant potential for coupling coordination development. At last, the paper puts forward the spatial form shaping strategy of mountainous neighborhoods based on the coupling and coordination relationship, in order to promote the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems of spatial form and terrain environment, and provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the future construction of mountainous neighborhoods.
