| 都市圈是当前我国城市化发达地区的重要城镇空间组织形式之一。西安都市圈作为我国发展条件最好、经济人口承载力最强的西北地区经济中心，在建设社会主义现代化国家和构建新发展格局中具有重要地位。随着其核心地位的确立，西安市对咸阳、渭南、铜川等相邻区县在经济和人口等领域的影响力逐渐加强，之间各要素的联系也变得更为紧密。职能结构影响空间分布与区域协调发展，因此研究其职能结构时空演进特征对区域协调发展具有重要研究价值。本文基于利用五普、六普、七普统计数据，通过融合“职能规模、职能强度与职能结构演变”三维视角，分析西安都市圈近三十年的的职能结构特征。研究发现：其职能规模等级结构由纺锤型逐渐演化为金字塔型；职能强度演变呈现出核心区与外围差异并受政策变化相关，突出了核心区的优势地位及政策嵌入影响；在空间上表现为“单核强聚集”向“单核-圈层-辐射区”的演变趋势；产业分工体系开始形成，在空间上形成“外二内三“的布局特征。最后基于分析结果，在空间、产业、交通等层面提出西安都市圈职能结构优化的路径，可为都市圈职能结构优化与跨区域协同发展提供参考。 |

| Study on the Characteristics of Spatio-Temporal Evolution of Functional Structure in Xi"an Metropolitan Area |

| Metropolitan area is one of the important urban spatial organization forms in the developed areas of urbanization in China. The construction of Xi'an metropolitan area plays an important role in building a new development pattern for a modern socialist country. With the formation of the core position, the radiation function of Xi 'an to the surrounding counties of Xianyang, Weinan and Tongchuan in terms of economy and population is also increasing, and the factor connection between them is also increasing. Based on the statistical data of the fifth, sixth and seventh censuses, This paper analyzes the functional structure characteristics of Xi'an metropolitan area in the past 30 years by integrating the three-dimensional perspectives of “functional scale, functional intensity and functional structure evolution”. It is found that the hierarchical structure of functional scale has gradually evolved from spindle to pyramid; the evolution of functional intensity shows the difference between core and periphery and is related to policy changes, highlighting the dominant position of the core area and the embedded influence of policies; and the evolution of spatial structure has been from “strong aggregation of a single nucleus” to “single nucleus-circle-radiation area”. In space, there is an evolution trend from “single-core strong agglomeration” to “single-core-circle-radiation area”; the industrial division of labor system has begun to take shape, and the layout of “two outside and three inside” is formed in space. Finally, based on the results of the analysis, the optimization path of the functional structure of Xi'an metropolitan area is proposed at the spatial, industrial and transportation levels, which can provide a reference for the optimization of the functional structure of the metropolitan area and the cross-regional synergistic development. |
