小学教室桌面照度对学生阅读感知舒适度的影响

摘要:
小学生作为小学教室的主要使用者,教室中听课学习主要是视觉行为的参与,看书这一视觉行为占每天学习时间的60%。教室光环境直接影响学生的视觉舒适度。通过对小学教室进行实地调研,发现学生对桌面照度满意度较低。为提高学生看书舒适度,对教室中的小学生采用主观问卷和客观生理指标测量相结合的实验方式,得出小学生最舒适的桌面照度值范围应为700lx-900lx。研究为中小学教室光环境的相关研究提供参考。

The influence of desktop illumination on students' perceived reading comfort in primary school classrooms

Abstract:
Elementary school students as the main users of elementary school classrooms, classroom listening and learning is mainly involved in visual behavior, reading this visual behavior accounted for 60% of the daily learning time. Classroom lighting environment directly affects students" visual comfort. Through the field research on elementary school classrooms, it is found that students are less satisfied with the desktop illumination. In order to improve the students" reading comfort, a combination of subjective questionnaires and objective physiological index measurements were used in the classrooms, and the most comfortable desktop illuminance values for primary school students were found to be in the range of 700lx-900lx. The study provides a reference for the research on the light environment in primary and secondary school classrooms.
