| 街道家具是决定城市空间品质的重要环节，其合理配置和运维具有重要意义。搭建整合三维视角和差异导控模式的分析框架，从配置类型、空间布局、运维管理三个视角系统剖析比较纽约、伦敦和鹿特丹三个国际大都市街道家具配置内容。研究发现，纽约导则从管理者出发，形成类型多元、布局要求和运维主体明确的产品手册；伦敦导则从使用者出发，形成类型简洁、布局灵活和运维需求详细的标准段；鹿特丹导则以反映城市风貌为重点，形成分区分类的配置工具箱。研究提出了完善我国街道家具配置的建议，包括构建“街道分类+家具分级”的菜单式控制类型，完善“刚性间距+弹性断面”的组合式布局要求，细化“多方协作统筹+落实主体责任”精细化运维管理内容。 |

| Street furniture is an important link to determine the quality of urban space, and its reasonable allocation and operation and maintenance are of great significance. Taking New York, London and Rotterdam as examples, this paper compares their configuration types, spatial layout and operation and maintenance methods. New York forms a product manual with multiple types, layout requirements and clear operation and maintenance subjects from the perspective of managers. From the perspective of users, London forms a standard section with simple type, flexible layout and detailed operation and maintenance requirements. Rotterdam takes the perspective of reflecting the urban landscape to form a configuration toolbox for zoning classification. Based on the international experience, and combined with the problems existing in the street furniture distribution and maintenance in our country, the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward. |
