| 近年来，相关部门及企业对古村
落保护开发进行的有效措施，使得一批又一
批的古村落进入人们的视野，吸引越来越多
的游客走进古村落去领略其独特的自然文
化风貌，多角度促进了古村落及周边环境的
保护发展。但因地理位置、政府举措、经济
发展等相关因素的影响，仍有大部分古村落
在保护开发的实施上面临极大挑战。本文
对无锡严家桥古村落文脉现状进行调查分
析，通过“城市触媒理论”的引导，寻找严家
桥古村落的“触媒元素”，尝试解决严家桥
目前所处的保护开发停滞的尴尬境地，并为
相同背景下的古村落保护发展探索一条可持
续的发展路径。 |

| Research on the Protection and Development of Ancient Villages Under the Guidance of Catalyst Theory—Taking Yanjiaqiao in Wuxi City As an example |

| In recent years, effective measures taken by relevant departments and enterprises for
the protection and development of ancient villages have enabled a number of ancient villages to
enter people’s visions and attract more and more tourists to visit ancient villages to enjoy their
unique natural and cultural features. It promotes the protection and development of ancient
villages and their surrounding environments from many angles. However, due to the influence
of geographical location, government initiatives, economic development and other related
factors, most ancient villages still face great challenges in the implementation of protection and
development. This article investigates and analyzes the current situation of the ancient villages of
Yanjiaqiao in Wuxi City. Through the guidance of the “city catalyst theory”, it seeks the “catalyst
elements” of the ancient villages of Yanjiaqiao, and tries to solve the embarrassing situation
where Yanjiaqiao is currently in a stagnant situation of protection and development. It also
explores a sustainable development path for the protection and development of ancient villages
under the same background. |
