| 针对老龄化进程下杭州老城区既
有社区的现状与特点，选取1980—2000时期
所形成的“街坊型”社区作为研究对象，并从
住栋单元形成的空间类型和空间结构两个层
面分别对“微空间”类型和“鱼骨型”结构进
行解析。同时，认知空间类型特点，归纳养老
存在问题，提出“大环境疏导、微空间治理”
更新营建导则，基于社区道路环境、社区入
口环境以及社区宅间空间三个空间类型提出
适老化改造范式。 |

| Explorations on the Renewal Strategy of “Neighborhood-Based” Community Public Space Adaptivefor the Elderly—A Case Study of the Old Urban District of Hangzhou City |

| Abstract: |
| According to the current situation and features of the community in the old urban
district of Hangzhou, “neighborhood-based” community formed in the 1980—2000 period is
selected as the research object, and the micro-space type and the fishbone structure are analyzed
respectively based on the spatial type and structure formed by the residential unit. Meanwhile,
the study points out characteristics of space types, sums up problems of old-age care and updates
guidelines of macro-space guiding and micro-space managing policy. Then, it proposes the
appropriate renewal strategies adaptive for the elderly from three aspects of community road
environment, entrance space and housing space. |
