基于空间句法理论的公共空间人群聚集风险评估与空间干 预策略研究

摘要:
公共空间安全是城市可持续发展 的基础和重要前提。人群聚集下拥挤踩踏事 故的频发,凸显了公共空间安全危机的时代 背景。风险评估是预测人群聚集风险点和空 间盲区的有效手段,也是指导公共空间安全 设计的重要理论基础。文章基于空间句法理 论,以整合度、连接度和可理解度等句法参量 为评估因子,建立公共空间人群聚集风险的 可视化定量评估模型,并运用于重庆动物园 案例中,实现对人群聚集风险点和空间盲区 的预测。结果表明:第一,整合度高、连接度 高的空间是人群聚集的风险区域;第二,空间 可理解度低将增加人群聚集风险。在此基础 上,提出优化路网结构、规划展区布局、完善 设施系统的空间干预策略,为构建安全的城 市公共空间提供方法借鉴。

Crowd Risk Assessment and Spatial Intervention Strategy of Public Space Based on Spatial Syntax Theory

Abstract:
The security of public space is the foundation and important precondition for the sustainable development of city. The frequent occurrence of crowded stampede highlights the public space security issues. Risk assessment is an effective means of predicting the crowd risk point and spatial blind area, and is also an important theoretical basis for guiding the design of public space safety. Based on space syntax theory, taking syntactic parameters such as integration, connectivity and intelligibility as assessment factors, this paper establishes a visual quantitative assessment model of public space risk and applies it to the case of Chongqing Zoo to predict the gathering crowd risk points and spatial blind spots. The results showed that: firstly, the space with low integration and high connectivity is the predicted risk area for crowd gathering; secondly, the low spatial comprehension will increase the crowd risk. On this basis, some important spatial intervention strategies of optimizing the road network structure, planning the layout of the exhibition area and improving the facilities system are proposed to build a safe urban public space.
