当前,现代乡村规划建设大多注重
以现代技术和理念塑造现代生活环境,对于
历史脉搏的挖掘与继承多有忽视,造成历史
文脉和地方特色延续的断代。研究以湘南地
区为例,尝试引入传统聚落景观基因理论与
现代乡村规划相结合,在宏观规划和微观建
筑两个层面十二项指标挖掘并集成景观基因
图谱,探求其在现代规划中的指导应用,得出
“因子整合—可行性筛选—科学性变异—移
植结合”的基本应用思路,提出对规划选址、
居民点规划、空间规划、景观规划和建筑平
面设计、立面设计、构件材质设计等七大要素
的应用机制,以解决湘南村庄规划建设过程
中出现的空间环境失调和地方特色缺失等问
题,为现代乡村规划建设提供参考和借鉴。 |

Research on Modern Village Planning and Construction in Southern Hunan Based on LandscapeGene Theory |

Abstract: |
At present, modern rural planning and construction mostly focuses on modern
technology and ideas to create a modern living environment. There is often neglect of the
mining and inheritance of historical pulse, resulting in the interruption of historical context
and local characteristics. Taking the southern Hunan region as an example, this paper attempts
to introduce the traditional settlement landscape gene theory in combination with modern
rural planning, which has led to the exploration and integration of landscape genetic maps
at the two levels of macro-planning and micro-architectural levels to explore its application
in modern planning. Focusing on the basic application ideas of factor integration-feasibility
screening-scientific variation-transplantation integration, it proposes seven-level application
mechanisms for planning site selection, residential site planning, spatial planning, landscape
planning and architectural graphic design, facade design, and component material design, to
solve the problems of spatial environmental disorders and local characteristics that are absent
in the planning and construction of the villages in southern Hunan, and it’s expected that it will
provide references for modern rural planning and construction. |
