| 适宜的人居环境对促进社会经济
与生态环境的可持续发展有着重要意义。从
社会、经济、生态和自然环境四个方面构建
城市人居环境适宜度评价系统，以大连市内
四区为例，运用熵值法，SPSS，ArcGIS软件
等工具，对研究区的人居环境适宜度进行评
价。结果表明：大连市内四区的人居环境适宜
度差异明显。中山区综合、社会、经济以及生
态环境适宜度评价值均最高；西岗区自然环
境适宜度评价值最高；沙河口区各项评价值
排名均靠前，相反甘井子区的各项评价值均
靠后，不具有比较优势。概括分析了各行政
区存在的问题与优势，在今后的发展规划中
需对这些问题投入更多的关注。 |

| Urban Human Settlement Environment Suitability Assessment—A Case Study of Four Districts in Dalian City |

| Suitable human settlement environment plays an important role in promoting the
sustainable development between society, economy and ecological environment. Establishing
human settlement environment suitability index system from social, economic, natural
and ecological environment, the paper utilizes entropy method, SPSS, ArcGIS to evaluate
human settlement environment suitability in research area. Results show that the difference
of human settlement environment suitability is obvious in Dalian City. The comprehensive
environmental, social, economic and ecological environment suitability evaluation values
of Zhongshan are the highest, and meanwhile the evaluation value of natural environment
suitability is the highest in Xigang. Shahekou achieves a high ranking on each evaluation
values. On the contrary, the evaluation values of Ganjingzi are backward, and have little
comparative advantage. By summarizing the characteristics of each administrative region in
detail, the paper analyzes the existing problems and advantages. More attentions should be
paid to these problems in the future. |
