| 在城市发展转型中，我国原本粗放
的城市规划管理方式已不适应当代城市建设
需要，国家确立了以城市设计为抓手促进城
市精细化管理的方针。针对方法论尚未完善
的现状，在总结国外经验的基础上，从编制
体系、过程管控和建成管理三个层面构建了
城市设计的精细化管理机制。再以珠海市为
例，对城市设计实践情况进行了调查，就其四
层级的城市设计编制体系、高标准多角度的
过程管控和多模式的建成管理等实践经验进
行了总结、分析与反思。 |

| Urban Design Practice towards Detailed Management in Zhuhai City |

| Abstract: |
| Facing the transformation of urban China, the original urban planning and
management methods are no longer suitable for the needs of contemporary urban development.
China has established a policy for promoting detailed urban management supported by urban
design. Based on some best practices, this paper proposes a methodology for the detailed
management of urban design, by means of plan-making system, process control, and postoccupation
management. Taking Zhuhai as a case study, this article investigates its urban design
practices, including its four-tier urban design plan system, process control with high standard
and multi-angle, and multimode post-occupation management. |
