| 乡村农业生产力水平决定其生产关
系，并构成了乡村社会关系结构的总体特征，
进而形成相应的村落空间环境格局。当乡村
生产力水平发生根本变革，它也带来了一系列
改变，乡村传统空间布局也因此面临被改变、
被放弃的挑战。本文从生产力和生产关系的
理论视角，运用经济发展阶段理论，分析指
出我国乡村空间在新的生产力动力下将迎来
空间重构的大趋势。乡村空间布局应适合新
的生产力、生产关系和社会关系演进的客观
规律，从而促进乡村生产力的解放和可持续
发展；乡村空间布局优化和重构应发挥自然
资源和传统文化优势，创造性转化和创新性
发展传统乡村空间遗存，采用分类指导、多元
融合、包容增长、统筹谋划和科学布局，实现
乡村振兴的战略目标。 |

| Abstract: |
| The level of rural agricultural productivity determines its production relations,
and constitutes the overall characteristics of the structure of rural social relations, which then
forms the corresponding spatial pattern of the village environment. When the level of rural
productivity has undergone fundamental changes, it has also brought about a series of changes.
As a result, the layout of traditional rural areas faces the challenge of being changed, abandoned
or challenged. From the theoretical perspective of productivity and production relations and
using the theory of economic development stages, this paper analyzes the trend of Chinese rural
space under the new impetus of productive forces. The layout of rural areas should be adapted
to new laws of productivity, relations of production and evolution of social relations, so as to
promote the liberation and sustainable development of rural productive forces. The optimization
and reconstruction of rural spatial layout should exert the advantages of natural resources and
traditional culture, and creatively transform and develop the legacy of rural villages, as well as
adopt the guidance of classifi cation, diversifi ed integration, inclusive growth, overall planning
and scientifi c distribution so as to achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization. |
