基于人居环境视角的城市居住用地集约利用效率研究 ——以大连市中山区为例

摘要:
从人居环境系统视角出发,以2015 年大连中山区年鉴和LandSat8卫星图像解译 的居住用地数据为基础,通过ArcGIS 10.2 技术和突变模糊隶属度,实证探索了大连市 中山区城市居住用地集约利用效率。研究结 果表明:中山区居住用地集约利用水平整体 较高但各区域内空间差异显著;研究区域内 的居住用地集约利用效率分为三个等级,高 度集约利用、中度集约利用、低度集约利用 分别占居住用地总面积的29.54%,30.54%, 39.92%;中山区居住用地集约利用分布格局, 形成以中部为中心向四周逐步递减的集约利 用分布格局。最后,以期为大连市城市相关规 划与编制提供依据。

Evaluation of Efficiency Use of Urban Residential Land Based on Human Settlement—A Case Study of Zhongshan District in Dalian

Abstract:
From the angle of residential environment system, we used the almanac of Zhongshan District, Dalian City and residential land data interpreted from LandSat8 satellite image as our research foundation to make an on-the-filed investigation to the intensive utilization efficiency of Zhongshan District, Dalian City via ArcGIS 10.2 technology and catastrophe theory and fuzzy mathematics. According to the research, the whole level of residential land’s intensive utilization efficiency of Zhongshan District is relatively high while varies with different districts. The intensive utilization efficiency of the surveyed area can be classified into three categories, namely, intensive use, moderate use and low use, which respectivelyaccount for 29.54%, 30.54% and 39.92% of the whole residential land. The layout of residential land’s utilization efficiency of Zhongshan District, with its middle part as its core, is diminishing all around. Finally, we provide the basis for Dalian City’s urban planning and design.
