基于创新生态系统理论的创新集聚区规划研究

摘要:
创新集聚区是创新发展的重要空间 载体。近年来,我国已开展了大量的相关规划 建设工作,但对于创新集聚区规划尚缺乏系 统的研究。创新生态系统理论是指导创新发 展的重要理论工具,但相关研究主要集中在 经济管理领域。理论方法的欠缺不但影响了 创新集聚区规划的科学性、适用性,而且会对 创新发展的速度、质量产生负面作用。本文在 概述创新生态系统理论及其发展的基础上, 明确了协同互动是创新生态系统的关键生态 机制,认为创新集聚区规划的本质是通过规 划设计促进协同创新关系的培育与发展。在 此基础上,设计了以关键协同创新关系为基础 的创新集聚区规划研究方法,并提出了应进 一步研究的内容及实现路径。研究内容厘清了 创新聚集区的本质内涵、关键机制及其主要 的规划研究策略,对于创新聚集区的发展研 究、规划设计、组织管理等具有指导意义。

Research on Innovation Cluster Planning Based on Innovation Ecosystem Theory

Abstract:
Innovation cluster is an important space carrier of innovation-driven development. In recent years, a great deal of related planning has been carried out in our country, but the planning method of innovation cluster is still lack of systematic research. The theory of innovation ecosystem is an important tool to guide the development of innovation. The lack of theoretical methods will not only affect the scientifi c and applicability of innovation cluster planning, but also has negative effects on the speed and quality of innovation-driven development. Based on the summary of the theory of innovation ecosystem, it emphasizes that interaction is a key ecological mechanism of innovation ecosystem, the essence of innovation cluster planning is through the planning and design to promote the cultivation and development of collaborative innovation relations. Then, it designs the research methods of innovation cluster planning based on the research of the key collaborative innovation relationship. The content of this paper clarifi es the essence of innovation cluster planning, and may guide the development research, planning and management of innovation cluster.
