| 随着城镇化与旅游业的不断发
展，大量特色鲜明的旅游小城镇不断涌现，
而构建合理的旅游服务设施体系，对完善
旅游小城镇的功能、促进其健康与可持续
发展有举足轻重的作用。论文通过分析现有
的相关规范标准在指导旅游服务设施规划
方面的局限性，以额济纳旗实践研究为例，
剖析目前自然资源型旅游小城镇的旅游服
务设施所面临的问题，有的放矢，从整体观
统筹、创新疏解压力、优化复合功能、平衡多
方需求以及弹性配置设施等方面提出旅游
服务设施规划对策，对其他自然资源型旅游
小城镇的旅游服务设施规划具有一定的借
鉴意义。 |

| Research on the Tourist Service Facilities Planning of the Natural Resource-Based Tourist Towns—A Case Study of Ejina Qi in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region |

| Abstract: |
| With the continuous urbanization and the development of tourism, a large number
of distinctive tourist towns are emerging. Building a reasonable tourism service system plays
an important role in improving the function of tourist towns, which is better for the sustainable
development. This paper analyzes the relevant national standards on the tourist service
facilities, and studies whether these standards are suitable for the construction of the tourist
service facilities. This paper takes the Ejina Qi for instance, analyzing the current problems of
the construction of tourist service facilities in the natural resource-based tourist towns. Finally,
it proposes the planning strategies of tourist service facilities from overall planning, easing
the pressure, optimizing function, balancing demands and elastic supply, which can be used as
references in the tourist service facilities planning of other natural resource-based tourist towns. |
