| 本文对海岸带小城镇的空间规划
中存在的问题进行了全面分析，包括空间利
用缺乏科学性、涉海规划衔接不足、空间管
理混乱等。并从优化用地分类和小城镇空间
规划衔接等两个方面，提出相关策略。 |

| In this paper, the problems existing in the space planning of small towns in the

marine space use planning, management confusion, etc. Then it puts forward relevant strategies
