木材作为一种天然可再生的绿色
建材,在未来建筑产业化发展中具有极大潜
力。随着胶合木等生产技术的迅速提升,木
材已成为一种大尺度、低质强比的高性能
材料。随着数字化设计与建造技术的快速
发展以及新兴数字木构工艺的创新与提升,
现代木结构产业升级已经找到了重要的支
撑。数字木构以数字化结构性能找形技术
为基础,充分利用机器人精确高效的加工
能力,使复杂木构件的大批量定制生产成为
可能。江苏省园艺博览会现代木结构主题
馆项目将结构找形与机器人建造技术相结
合,同时通过结构性能优化以及参数化几
何优化技术,实现了从设计、预制到现场监
测、快速营造的全新的一体化数字建筑工
艺。苏州木结构主题馆是机器人木构产业
化的一次成功尝试。 |

Abstract: |
As a natural renewable green building material, wood has great potential in the
future architectural industrialization. Along with the enhancement of laminated wood and
other production techniques, wood has become a large-scale high performance material.
Modern wooden structure industry has found great support owing to the development of digital
design and construction technology and the innovation of newly-developed wooden structure
technology. Based on digitalized structural performance form-finding techniques, digital
wooden structure utilizes the precise and effi cient processing technology of robots to make the
mass production of customized complex wooden components possible. The modern wooden
structure theme pavilion of Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition combines form-fi nding technique
with robot building technique to realize the new integrated digital technology from design,
prefabrication to field monitoring and quick construction, through structural performance
optimization and parameterized geometry optimization technology. Suzhou wooden structure
theme pavilion is a successful attempt in robot wooden structure industrialization. |
