| 本文源自对四川灾后重建地区农
宅居住实态的调查以及对灾后重建农宅图
集的研究。调研绵竹、什邡等汶川地震受灾
村镇灾后重建的农宅使用情况，分析灾后
重建农宅图集的实际运用状况，对灾后重
建图集的编制问题提出优化策略，并结合灾
后重建图集的实施问题提出管理建议。以期
为今后的农村灾后重建乃至新农村建设提
供一定参考 |

| Problems and Optimization of Rural Residence Emergency Atlas—Based on the Discussion of Post-Disaster Rural Residence Reconstruction After the “5·12” Wenchuan Earthquake |

| This article stems from the survey of post-disaster farmhouse reconstruction
after Sichuan earthquake, as well as the study of post-disaster rural residence reconstruction
atlas. The authors investigate the condition of the use of rural residence after the Wenchuan
earthquake in some places like Mianzhu and Shifang, and analyze the condition of the
practical use of rural residence atlas. Then, the optimization strategy for the problem of
post-disaster rural residence reconstruction atlas is put forward, and the management
suggestions combined with the implementation of the post-disaster reconstruction atlas are
put forward. This article provides certain reference for the rural reconstruction and the new
rural construction in the future. |
