| 重庆作为抗战时期的“陪都”，城
市建设发生巨大变化，许多名人政要聚集
于此,使得重庆具有丰富的遗址遗迹资源。
名人故居作为重庆民国建筑的重要组成部
分，具有中国近代建筑的典型性与代表性。
但由于对建筑遗迹保护完整性与真实性的
忽视，建筑外部空间的保护并没有得到重
视，从而导致文化遗产陷入“失真”的危机
状态。本文选取具有典型代表性的南岸区名
人故居，在实地调研的基础上，通过对其外
部空间的构成要素与构成形态的研究，建构
其外部空间的构成特征因子评价体系，从而
为保护民国建筑的真实性与完整性提供理
论与实践的参考。 |

| Study on External Space of Buildings in Chongqing Municipality During Republic of China Period—A Case of Former Residences of Celebrities in Nan’an District |

| Abstract: |
| As the alternate capital during the Anti-Japanese War, the construction of
Chongqing had undergone tremendous changes, and many celebrities gathered here so
that Chongqing was rich in relics resources. The former residence of celebrities, as an
important part of Chongqing construction in period of Republic of China, has the typical
characteristics of Chinese modern architecture. However, due to neglect of protection of
architectural heritage integrity and authenticity, the protection of building external space
has not been valued, which leads to the crisis of cultural heritage distortion. On the basis
of the investigation, the paper takes former residence of celebrities in Nan’an District as a
typical example, and analyzes the elements of the external space and research forms and the
construction of the composition characteristics of the structure factor evaluation system,
so as to provide a theoretical and practical reference for the authenticity and integrity
protection of buildings built in Republic of China period. |
