| 随着城镇化的推进和专家学者
对城市人居环境研究的深入，人们越来越
认识到生态环境对城市建设和发展的重要
性，在城市人居环境设计时强调生态、体
现绿色是每一个城市建设者必须直面的课
题。通过分析贵州省贵安新区、观山湖区的
城市设计和建设，提出了城市人居环境设计
应把握的基本原则，以期城市的建设者与设
计者在今后城市的建设发展中自觉遵循这些
原则，设计出“协调、绿色”的作品，营造和
谐宜居、富有活力的城市。 |

| Abstract: |
| With the development of urbanization and the further explorations of urban
human settlements, the significance of the ecological environment to the construction and the
development of city are realized more than before. The embodiment of ecological construction
and environmental protection in the design of urban human settlements is a serious problem
which should be faced directly by every city builder. Based on the city designs and construction
of Guian New District and Guanshanhu District in Guizhou province, this paper presented some
basic principles that can be used in the design of urban human settlements to make a coordinating
and environmental work and build a harmonious and livable city which is full of energy. |
