| 城市游憩空间是衡量城市社会文明
和居民生活质量的重要表征，本文基于美国
城市游憩空间建设与管理的经验，从游憩空
间的规模、类型、空间组织和管理水平等方
面，揭示出其中所蕴含的“空间正义”的核心
价值及内涵。进而从“空间正义”视角，提出
符合我国现阶段的城市游憩空间发展理念
及策略：建立城市居民游憩需求与评价RQI
体系，坚实以人为本的规划建设出发点；强
调“公平共享”理念，实施城市游憩空间均
衡网络体系建设，关注城市弱势群体游憩权
益保障；创造多元化的城市游憩空间活动，
进一步提高游憩空间利用率和居民体验满
意度。 |

| Development Concept and Strategy of Urban Recreation Space in the Perspective of Spatial Justice—Based on the Experience of United States |

| Abstract: |
| Urban recreation space is an important indicator of the quality of living of
urban civilization and society. Based on the construction and management experience of
the United States, research reveals that the implied “spatial justice” the core values and
connotations from the size, type, spatial organization and management of recreation space.
This paper presents the development concept and strategy of urban recreation space in
contemporary China. The study mainly includes the following three strategies: establishing
RQI system about city residents’ recreation demand and evaluation; operating the urban
recreation space network system, paying attention to the recreation rights of the urban
vulnerable group; creating a variety of leisure activities to improve the urban recreation
space utilization. |
