| 结合农村地区的生产生活方式构
建满足农户需求的新型农村社区公共空间，
提高农户满意度，已成为当前新型农村社区
建设亟需解决的难题。以新型农村社区示范
村——重庆市大柱新村为例，在新型农村社
区公共空间内涵与构成分析的基础上，运用
CSI评价法对大柱新村公共空间农户满意度
进行评价，进而剖析公共空间存在的关键问
题。基于此，以共生理念为指导重构公共空
间。结果表明：受广场空间功能单一化、院
落空间“城市社区化”、巷道空间功能衰退
制约，大柱新村公共空间农户综合满意度为
“一般”；重构后的大柱新村公共空间呈现出
“一心、两区、三带”的空间布局结构。CSI评
价法与“资源共享、环境共建”的共生理念对
于新型农村社区公共空间重构具有较强的适
用性，既能有效破解公共空间现状中存在的
关键问题，又能为“以人为本”的新型农村社
区公共空间建设提供理论参考和实践指导。 |

| Public Space Restructure of New Rural Community Based on Peasant Household’s Satisfaction Evaluation—A Case Study of Dazhu New Village in Chongqing Municipality, China |

| How to construct a new type of rural community public space that meets the
needs of peasant household in the production and life style of the rural areas to improve the
satisfaction of peasant household has become an urgent problem in the construction of new
rural communities. This study takes Dazhu New Village of Chongqing as an example, based on
the analysis of the connotation and composition of public space in the new rural community,
using CSI evaluation method to evaluate the satisfaction of public space of peasant household
in Dazhu New Village. In accordance with the evaluation results, the key problem of public
space can be analyzed. Then, based on the analysis, the public space can be restructured under
the guidance of symbiosis idea. The results of this paper are as follows. Firstly, due to a series
of problem, such as the function simplification of square space, the function deterioration of
alley space, and the unreasonable copy of urban community pattern of the courtyard space, the
comprehensive satisfaction of public space in Dazhu New Village presents a “general” level
according to the evaluation results. Secondly, after restructuring, the public space of Dazhu
New Village presents a spatial layout shape like “one center, two zone, three belts”. Thirdly,
the CSI evaluation method and the symbiotic idea of “the sharing of resources, benefits, and
the responsibility for environment construction” is strongly suitable for the public space
restructure of new rural community. Not only can they efficiently solve the key problem of
public space, but also provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the construction
of people-oriented new rural community. |
