| 村镇住宅院落声环境的好坏直接
影响居住环境的质量。本研究针对院落声
环境展开定性分析，将“扎根理论”引入声
环境研究领域，旨在构建院落声环境主观
评价影响因素的理论模型。通过对东北三
省典型村镇的36位受访者进行半结构式访
谈，对收集的数据进行三级编码分析后，构
建出包括6个主范畴的村镇住宅院落声环境
的主观评价影响因素模型，作为东北村镇
住宅院落声环境的主观评价研究的必要基
础和理论支撑。 |

| Abstract: |
| The acoustic environment of courtyards in rural residence directly affects
the quality of living environment. This study was committed to qualitative analysis on
the acoustic environment of courtyards, introduced “grounded theory” into acoustic
environment research, and aimed to build the theory model of subjective evaluation factors
on the acoustic environment of courtyards. Through the semi-structured interviews of
36 respondents from the typical towns or villages in the three northeast provinces of
China, and the three-level coding analysis to the data, the study finally built the model of
subjective evaluation inf luence factors on the acoustic environment of courtyards in the
rural residence, as the necessary foundation and theoretical support for the research of
subjective evaluation on the acoustic environment of courtyards in rural residence. |
