北川震后重建居民点的适宜性评价

摘要:
北川羌族自治县在2008年 “5·12”汶川地震中受灾严重,经过三年 多的时间,北川县居民点快速完成重建。但 是,近几年北川县的自然环境和社会经济 条件发生了很大变化,极端天气事件导致重 建居民点内地质灾害频发,且部分居民点 空心化,这些不良演化现象说明重建居民 点中还存在着不合理的地方。因此,本文在 GIS技术支撑下,首先找出地质灾害威胁居 民点,然后选取耕地、交通、教育、医疗、政 务、坡度、水系和断层八个对北川县重建居 民点的空间分布和发展趋势有重要影响的 评价因子,建立因子加权求和的适宜性评价 模型,对除了地质灾害威胁居民点以外的重 建居民点进行适宜性评价。同时,针对各类 重建居民点所面临的问题和不足,提出了相 应的调控对策。

The Suitability Evaluation of Reconstructed Settlements After Earthquake in Beichuan

Abstract:
Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County was destroyed heavily by the 2008’s earthquake, and the new settlements had been reconstructed quickly for more than three years after the earthquake. However, in recent years, the natural environment and social economy conditions of Beichuan County have changed a lot. The extreme weather events usually led to the geological disasters, and the hollow settlements also appeared. These undesirable phenomena indicate that there are some unreasonable places in the reconstruction settlements. Therefore, with the support of GIS technology, this paper firstly finds out the settlements threatened by geological disasters. And then, the arable land, transport, education, medical treatment, government services, slope, water resource and fault are selected as evaluation factors, which have important influence on the spatial distribution and development trend of the reconstructed settlements in Beichuan County. After that, an evaluation model based on the weighted summation of factors is used in the suitability evaluation of the reconstructed settlements without being threatened by geological disasters. At last, some advices are put forward according to the problems and shortcomings of these four types of reconstructed settlements.
