空间整建、老屋新生 ——面向廉租房的重庆旧厂区住宅建筑改造研究

摘要:
随着我国城市化进程的加快,重庆 大量尚在使用寿命期内的旧厂区住宅被简单 推翻重建,既不利于城市文脉传承也造成了 资源浪费。为使该问题得到改善,文章以目 前我国廉租房建设的发展现状为基础,通 过对重庆市旧厂区住宅现状以及廉租房空 间需求进行详细调研,并结合相关研究,提 出“将城市旧厂区旧住宅改造为廉租房”的 新思路,并从套内空间、套型组合以及建筑 公共空间等几方面提出旧厂区住宅建筑的改 造策略和方法,为我国廉租房建设提供借鉴 和参考。

Research on the Transformation of Old Factory District Housing to Low-rent Housing in Chongqing

Abstract:
With the urbanization accelerating in China, massive alive residential buildings in old factory district are being removed an reconstructed. It goes against the context of city, and leads to a waste of resources as well. To overcome this demerit, based on the development of low-rent housing construction in China, this paper conducts investigations on the existing status of residential buildings in old factory district and the space requirements of low-rent housing in Chongqing, and combined with related theory, suggested the new idea of transforming the residential building in the old factory district to the low-rent housing, as well as the reforming strategies and approaches for the old factory district residential building into low-rent housing in terms of the internal space, the dwelling size combination and the public space inside the building and so on. It’s expected that it will provide references for the construction of low-rent housing in China.
