为主体的灾后重建新模式下的规划应对，又是

城镇普遍具有的多元性特征作出的规划思考。 |

| Abstract: |
| After the “4·20” Lushan Earthquake, the Constructive Detailed Planning of the Core
Area of Lingguan, Baoxing had been drawn up as an implementation for Baoxing’s reconversion.
It is a replay of the planning method to the new post-disaster reconstruction mode, and also a
thought of the adaption to the diversity feature of Chinese small towns around ten thousand of
the population scale. With respect to people’s willingness for reconstruction and settlement,
the planning has explored creative methodology and working frame. |
