| 摘要: |
| 随着我国市场经济的日趋完善，策
划成为城市设计中重要的组成部分得到了广
泛的重视，但对于具体的策划开展的方法还
未能有系统化的理论研究。本文通过界定城
市设计策划的概念、梳理相关内涵，进一步
解析城市设计策划的构成和类型，提出了“四
阶段、七要点”城市设计的策划技术框架体
系，并以镇江市丁卯核心区城市设计为例详
细阐明了城市设计策划在实践应用中的具体
流程。 |

| With the gradual perfection of market economy system, the strategy has caught
extensive attention as being an important component of urban design. However, the specific
method has not been studied systematically. This paper proposes an application framework
including four periods and seven main points by defining the conception of the urban design
strategy and reviewing its connotations, and illustrates its practice process by taking the urban
design of Dingmao core area as an example. |
