| 四川省经济的持续发展使旅游休
闲度假需求日益增多。四川风景名胜区资源
丰富，但缺乏对休闲度假旅游发展的预判与
定位。本文聚焦休闲度假旅游相关设施的
规划与建设问题，结合案例分析以及相关
规范解读，对休闲旅游设施类型、内容、特
征、主题及设置要求等进行理论探讨；基于
实践调查，进一步深入分析四川省风景名胜
区休闲度假旅游规划建设中的问题与不足：
设施类型单一，使用率低，缺乏规划统筹，
建设越界，忽视地方传统与本土风貌，形式
风格趋于城镇化等。结合实践经验以及风景
区地理环境与资源特质，从管理体系、规划
编制、功能定位、布局选址、形式风格等层
面提出规划先行、统筹兼顾、因地制宜、隐
物于景的可持续休闲度假设施规划策略，旨
在促进四川风景名胜区的建设改善。 |

| Construction and Planning Tactics for Leisure Tours Facilities in Scenic Spots— A Case Study of Sichuan Province |

| Abstract: |
| The economic development of Sichuan province has triggered more leisure travel
demands.There are plentiful scenic resources in Sichuan province, but the prejudging
and positioning of leisure tourism is inadequate. This article focuses on the planning
and construction for leisure facilities. On the basis of case analysis and normative
interpretation, it studies the types, characteristics, contents, themes, setting requirements
of leisure tourism facilities. Through investigation, it has found certain problems about
construction of leisure tourism in scenic spots in Sichuan, such as single type, inefficiency,
lack of planning, cross-border construction , neglect of the traditional and local features,
urbanization style. Given practical experience and the geography environment and resource
characteristic of scenic spots, it proposes the planning tactics of leisure facilities in terms
of the management system, planning, functional positioning, location, theme and style. It
advocates advance planning, overall consideration, strategies with local conditions, hidden
object in view, sustainable development so as to promote the construction of scenic spots in
Sichuan. |
