| 摘要: |
| 首先从时间、空间和参与者三个
维度对“后郊区化”概念进行解析，简略介
绍了中外研究进展。继而以南京市为例，从
人口、收入和土地非农化三个方面出发，指
出南京市江宁区呈现出了较为典型的后郊区
化特征。通过进一步分析发现，“政府企业
化”和“地方自治”是中国地方政府影响后
郊区化进程的两个重要因素，也是有别于西
方的重要原因。 |

| The Features of Post-Suburbanization in China and the Role of Local Government— Taking Nanjing for Example |

| Abstract: |
| This study f irstly explains the concept of “post-suburbanization” in the
dimensions of time, space and participants, and gives a brief introduction to relative studies
at home and abroad. For instance, after studying Nanjing in the aspects of population,
income level and farmland conversion, it is found that Jiangning District shows typical
characteristics of post-suburbanization. In addition, “the enterprise government” and “local
autonomy” exert significant inf luence on the process of post-suburbanization in China,
which is quite different from western countries. |
