| 历史街区的空间设计应在街区整
体保护的前提下提出，以维护历史街区的
历史真实性和人类宜居性为前提，从艺术
审美角度设计历史街区的空间界面，提升
其“可居性”和“美感”，并获得“创造性
的更新”的能力。街区空间设计，有助于改
变其旧有的脏、乱、差，生活水准低等负面
印象，展示出新时代具有传统特色兼具舒
适、美感的独特街区形象。为有别于以往的
单纯保护，本文更加注重历史街区保护更
新过程中的可持续发展，强调延续城市特
色、传承文脉的重要价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| Space design of historical blocks should be put forward based on the overall
preservation, take maintaining the authenticity and livability of historical blocks as the
premise, upgrade the livability and aesthetics by designing space interface of blocks
from the perspective of artistic appreciation, and finally achieve the ability of creative
regeneration. Space design helps change the negative impressions of being dirty, unordered
and low living standard of blocks, and demonstrate the unique blocks of comfort and
aesthetics with new era and t raditional characteristics. Different f rom the simple
preservation in the past, it pays more attention to the sustainable development of historical
blocks in the process of preservation and underlines the important value of continuing the
city features and inheriting city traditions. |
