| 国内外环境快速变化，为满足国
家、社会的需求，军警民训练基地和安防职业
学院的规划建设日益增多。军警民训练基地和
安防职业技术学院的空间属性具有排异和内
向的特点，山地建筑群落与场地有着嵌套与
散布的组织特征。以实现互异空间的功能系
统复合衔接、发挥最大效益为目标，以空间的
排异性作为复合功能集团规划的研究要点，首
先对具有不同物质和社会属性空间的共存状
况进行分析，然后通过理论研究和案例总结，
具体说明山地基地职校规划空间特点、排异
的辩证性以及复合路径，最后提出能够柔化
空间排异性的兼容理念，以浙江安防职业技
术学院概念性规划为例，分析并阐述其规划
设计方法，面对空间排异性较强的复合用地
规划，显示兼容理念的适用性。 |

| A Low-Exclusive Mountainous Space Design Based on the Conception of Compatibility— Practice of the Conceptual Planning of Security Vocational College of Zhejiang |

| Abstract: |
| As domestic and foreign environment changes rapidly, the amount of planning
and construction of military and police training base and security vocational college is
increasing to meet national and social demand. Military and police training base and
security vocational college are special social units, of which spatial properties are rejective
and introverted. Mountainous building communities and sites are nested and spread out.
Aiming at converging functional system of exclusive spaces and maximum benefits and
taking spatial rejection of complex functional group plan as research highlights, this paper
firstly studies the coexistence condition of spaces with different substantial and social
properties, then specifies the spatial properties, dialectic of rejection and compound path
on the planning of mountainous base and vocational college through theoretical study
and case summary. The paper finally puts forward the conception of compatibility, and
takes the conceptual planning of Security Vocational College of Zhejiang as an example,
elaborating its planning and design methods, and draws a conclusion that the conception of
compatibility is suitable for high-exclusive mixed use site plan. |
