| 针对我国山地村镇普遍存在生态
安全格局水平不高、安全问题突出的现实，
从灾害形成与生态环境的关系入手，界定了
低水平生态安全格局的概念，通过对西南山
地村镇的考察，发现山地村镇在低水平生态
安全格局下所呈现的基础特征规律，揭示山
地城镇呈现这种特征规律的机制，以此为基
础分析山地村镇灾害与低水平生态安全格局
之间的内在联系，并提出山地村镇在低水平
生态安全格局下的防灾减灾对策方法。 |

| Study on Methods of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation for Mountainous Towns Based on the Low-Level Ecological Security Pattern—A Chongqing Luotian Town Example |

| Abstract: |
| Focusing on the low-level ecological security pattern and the distinctively serious
safety problem in mountainous towns, the paper starts with the relation between disaster
formations and ecological environment, and then defines the concept of the low-level
ecological security pattern. Through the investigation of the southwestern mountainous
towns, the basic law of characteristics of mountainous towns under low-level ecological
security pattern is found out, and its mechanism is revealed. Based on these, the paper
analyzes the inherent relation between them, and provides disaster prevention and
mitigation method for mountainous towns under the low-level ecological security pattern. |
