山地住区规划要素与碳排放量相关性分析* ——以重庆主城住区为例

摘要:
基于山地环境下住区特征分析,采 取部门走访、实地踏勘、问卷调查和访谈等方 式收集典型样本住区碳排放相关数据,构建 山地住区碳排放测算模型,分析测算所得样 本住区碳排放量与规划要素的相关关系,包 括土地利用、空间布局、建筑要素、路网格局 和绿地碳汇等技术性要素,以及居民收入、 文化程度、住区低碳宣传等社会性要素,结 合住区碳排放结构分析结果,探寻山地住区 低碳规划的关键控制要素及其规划策略。

Correlation Analysis Between Planning Elements and Carbon Emissions—A Case Study of Mountainous Community in Chongqing Metropolitan Area

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of characteristics of mountainous residential districts, department visits, field reconnaissance, questionnaire survey and interviews were adopted to collect the emissions data of sample residential districts. After constructing the carbon emissions measurement model, the correlation between the carbon emissions data and planning elements was analyzed, including technical elements such as land use, spatial layout, construction, road, greenbelt, and social elements like income, degree, community propaganda education and so on. Combined with the residential carbon emissions structure analysis, the key elements and strategies that can contribute to the low-carbon planning of mountainous residential districts are discussed.
