| 我国正处在工业化和城镇化的快速
推进阶段，产业经济和产业园区的不断发展
带来了城镇空间的持续拓展和城镇人口规模
的不断增长；在新的形势下，“产城融合”成
为了我国实施新型工业化、新型城镇化战略
的重要举措。本文首先解析“产城融合”的内
涵，然后结合西宁市“产城融合”发展的研究
案例，探讨以“产城融合”为导向的新型城镇
化及产业社区发展策略。 |

| Abstract: |
| In a stage of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the
continuous development of industr ial economy and industr ial zones give r ise to the
expansion of urban space and the growth of population size. Under the new circumstance,
industry-city integration has become a significant selection to implement the strategy of
New Industrialization and New Urbanization. This paper firstly analyzes the connotation of
industry-city integration. Then, taking Xining development zone as a case,it explores the
strategies of harmonious development of industry and community. |
