| 通过对西安市莲湖区老旧住区的存
在现状进行分析总结，结合目前西安市保障
房的供应模式，提出利用老城区内大量存在
的老旧住房这一社会资源作为廉租房房源后
续补充的更新建议，并初步探究了这一房源
纳入后的运作模式。旨在缓解快速城市化进
程中低收入人群被边缘化、居住环境逐步
恶化等社会问题。 |
