| 通过对基地以及其他老社区的深
入调研、分析与总结，并结合云南晋城老社
区公共空间的实际案例得出，在老社区的公
共空间中并不缺乏交流活动与活力，而是面
临着逐渐弱化与消失的习俗活动与空间，传
统与习俗越来越流于形式与“快餐化”，以
及社区关系中公共协作关系的逐步消失。同
时，由于老社区起初建设时没有统一合理的
规划，市政设施也是多数老社区面临的较为
普遍与亟待解决的问题。针对以上问题提
出了“老社区的民俗资源共享与公共空间再
造”的设计理念，得出了从民俗资源共享角度
论老社区公共空间再造的相关结论。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the research and analysis of the base and other old communities, this article
proposes that it does not lack activities and vigor in the public space of old community, instead
it is faced with the gradually weakening and disappearing conventional activities AND public
collaboration relations in community relations, and the traditions and customs become more
formalistic and tend to be fast food. Meanwhile, due to a lack of uniform rational planning of
initially construction of the old community, the problem existing in municipal facility is the
common and serious one in most old communities. To solve these problems, this article proposes
the design philosophy of folk resources sharing of old community and the reconstruction of
public space. |
