| 当下我国西部中小山地城市的发展
伴随着大量的新区建设活动，城市新区生态
化的空间格局构建是保障其未来健康有序
发展的前提。本文通过对生态城市设计理
念的再认识，将其内涵特征概括为自然要素
生态化与人工环境低碳化两方面，同时针对
当前中小山地城市新区城市设计中存在的问
题，提出了在特定地域条件下的设计原则与
策略：保留与重塑山地自然要素以实现生态
补偿；构建与地形条件相适应的小尺度混合
功能街区。最后通过郪江新城城市设计对以
上策略进行具体阐述。 |

| With the construction of new district of small and medium-sized mountain cities
in the western region of our county, it is the prerequisite to develop ecological spatial pattern
for future development. This paper explains the concept of ecological urban design, which
contains the features of eco-design with natural elements and low carbon design with artifi cial
environment. And aiming at the existing problems in small and mid-sized mountain cities, it
proposes the ecological urban design principles and strategies: keeping and remodeling the
natural elements to achieve ecological compensation; building the blocks with small scale and
mixed-use function which is fi t with the terrain conditions. Finally, it takes the urban design
project of Qijiang new town as an example to elaborate the strategies specifi cally. |
